Job Summary
Direct and oversee all daily construction activities on major Saudi Aramco Oil Gas Separation Plant projects, ensuring civil engineering and installation works complete on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards. Actively manage, evaluate, and coordinate a diverse network of international and local subcontractors while championing a zero-incident safety culture aligned with Aramco protocols. Review and approve construction methodologies, project schedules, and resource allocation plans, then provide detailed progress reports to leadership to mitigate risks and resolve site bottlenecks. Candidates must possess extensive experience on Aramco sites, including a successful track record in Gas Oil Separation projects, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Extensive, verifiable experience working directly on Saudi Aramco projects as a Construction Manager or in a senior site leadership capacity
- Solid, hands-on experience managing heavy civil works and complex installation phases in the oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors
- Proven track record of successfully integrating, managing, and driving performance from a mixed portfolio of subcontractors
- Deep understanding of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and safety regulations
- Successful execution experience in Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) projects
