Job Summary
Civil Construction Labourer responsible for performing physical labour in a variety of construction projects, loading and unloading equipment, cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate hazards, maintaining and basic daily maintenance of equipment and tools, some hand digging on site, and reviewing site drawings to confirm details. Must operate hand and power tools of all types, ensure site readiness for crews, and work in various weather conditions with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous civil construction environment
- Comfortable around heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work shift work when needed
