Job Summary
Civil Construction General Laborer role performing demolition, clearing, excavation, asphalt paving, concrete work, and utilities installations (water mains - ductile & PVC, gravity sewer, storm drainage, conduits & duct banks) across central/southwest Virginia. Responsibilities include installing water mains and sewer/storm utilities, reading a tape measure, lifting up to 60 lbs, working safely, and willingness to work overtime on Saturdays. Must have construction experience, valid driver’s license, own transportation to job sites, pass a drug test/screening, provide three-character references, and undergo a background check. Emphasizes a positive can-do attitude, hands-on work, and readiness to learn.
