Job Summary
Study job specifications and evaluate construction methods to determine cost, then perform digital and plan takeoffs for project quantities and scopes. Contact vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for quotes while accurately forecasting costs of earthwork and utility scopes for proposals. Conduct bid reviews and final checks before submittals, and perform site visits and job walks as necessary for estimating. Interpret and explain costs and budgets to project management and field personnel during construction. This role requires 5+ years of Civil Construction estimating experience, with previous Underground Utilities and earthwork, asphalt, and concrete experience preferred. Local projects mean no travel requirements.

Desired Qualifications
- Earthwork, Asphalt, Concrete experience a plus
- Experience with Heavy Bid and AGTEK a huge plus
