Job Summary
Supervise daily civil construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with architectural, MEP, technical, and planning teams to ensure smooth project execution and proper work sequencing. Monitor site progress, manpower productivity, subcontractor performance, and material availability while conducting regular inspections for safety and authority standards. Review and report site progress, technical issues, and construction challenges to project management, assisting in resolving challenges to maintain targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain proper documentation of site activities, including snagging, testing, and handover processes. This role supports large-scale residential projects within a leading Saudi contractor focused on high-quality execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision within large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in site execution, construction supervision, and subcontractor coordination
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site operations, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and construction coordination processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and manage multiple site activities
- Good reporting and documentation skills with attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use projects
- Experience working with main contractors or construction companies in Saudi Arabia
