Job Summary
Construct, erect, install, and repair wood and metal formwork, fixtures, and structures per blueprints and structural plans. Fabricate, dismantle, and fit prefabricated window frames, doors, trim, and hardware while setting and aligning form panels for concrete pouring. Erect scaffolding and ladders at various elevations, load materials, and place epoxy and cement grout forms. Prepare layouts, mark cutting lines, and assemble cut materials using hand and power tools. Daily work involves climbing ladders and structures, lifting 30 to 50 pounds, and working in outdoor industrial environments with potential exposure to extreme weather and chemicals. Candidates must pass a background check, health screening, and craft test, with NCCER certification or equivalent experience required.
