Civil CAD Senior Designer

Senior Civil CAD Designer independently performs project assignments with guidance from the Project Manager and Project Engineer on site development and infrastructure projects. Utilizes Autodesk Civil 3D and civil engineering principles to develop thoughtful, creative and concise designs and plan sets for owners, clients and contractors. Responsibilities include project setup, plan production and annotation using current CAD standards, participating in project meetings, QA/QC protocols, implementing sound site design for grading, drainage and utilities, assisting with quantity takeoffs and bid tabulations, coordinating notes and details, supporting project team members to meet deadlines, and mentoring Designers and Design Engineers in Civil 3D and design.
