Job Summary
Draft soil erosion plans, site layouts, grading, storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D while serving as a resource for design staff on drafting practices. Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easements, and condo documents. Complete edits and modify plans as revised by agencies, municipalities, and clients. Communicate with Project Managers and Team Leaders on workflow status to meet chargeability goals. Requires 4+ years of design experience in land development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 4+ years of previous design experience within Residential, Commercial or Industrial Land Development
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
