Job Summary
Monitor and control the safety, quality, and timeliness of civil works executed by contractors for diverse projects. Act as the eyes and ears of the Project Team by coordinating with the Technical Manager, WVB-er, engineers, government officials, and external stakeholders. Identify improvement opportunities and discuss them directly with contractors, clients, and technical management. Attend relevant meetings with authorities and organize kick-off sessions where necessary. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while overseeing planning, budget, and route adherence. Report on legalities, planning deviations, material usage, and project revisions to facilitate final handover. Work independently under the supervision of a Technical Manager or WVB-er to contribute to the creation of the future energy network in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Sta voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
- Minimaal een technisch MBO niveau 3 diploma
- In bezit van VOP-LS en VOP-MS certificaten, of de bereidheid om deze te halen
- Een VCA-vol diploma
- Kennis van contractvorming
- basiskennis van RAW specificaties
Desired Qualifications
- Kennis van ondergrondse infrastructuur is een pluspunt
