Job Summary
City Valet Manager oversees valet parking operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient service, financial profitability, and high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading staff, recruiting and training supervisors and attendants, optimizing revenue through pricing and new service offerings, maintaining compliance with local regulations, managing client relations, monitoring safety and service quality, and coordinating across locations. Requires strong leadership, operations management, budgeting, and client-management skills; travel to site locations is expected. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience is desired. The role emphasizes developing staff, optimizing operations, and maintaining professional relationships with property owners and municipal stakeholders. The position is full-time and exempt, with salary plus bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of experience in valet parking, hospitality, transportation, or operations management
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue optimization
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations in three years) and clean background check
- Experience managing multi-location operations and leading large teams
- Contract negotiations and relationship management with clients/property owners
