Job Summary
The City Teen Coordinator is responsible for engaging and supporting teens aged 13-18 at Boys & Girls Club locations, overseeing programs that promote healthy lifestyles, academic success, and workforce readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of age
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with teens in a community-based, education, or youth development setting.
- Valid State Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in planning and leading programs that are inclusive and developmentally appropriate for teens.
- Knowledge of positive youth development principles, behavior management, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and other stakeholders.
