Job Summary
Lead strategic engagement with executive stakeholders and customer organizations across the designated region in the onshore oil & gas sector. Drive regional growth initiatives, oversee strategic customer growth, manage enterprise accounts, and secure commercial terms through MSAs and contract negotiations while positioning PTEN rig technologies, automation, and performance solutions to expand market share and strengthen partnerships. Develop and execute sales strategies, maintain executive relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align drilling performance and commercial objectives with customer goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or other Business focused degree
- 10+ years Oil & Gas industry experience, including 7+ years in business development, technical sales, drilling operations, strategic account leadership, or related commercial leadership experience.
