Job Summary
Lead Southern California dispatch department at City Rise, coordinating traffic control crew operations. Requires high school diploma, 3 years in supervisory role, and strong communication skills. Competitive salary, benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to lead and support a dispatch team (minimum 3 team members)
- At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisor or Lead dispatcher role, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret Traffic Control Plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and ability to learn new software tools quickly (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Valid California Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record required
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Experience with resource scheduling and workforce dispatching in a construction services environment, industry specific experience a plus
- ATSSA TCT (Traffic Control Technician), TCS (Traffic Control Supervisor) certifications preferred
