Job Summary
On-site IT Technical Support Specialist responsible for maintaining all systems and software to ensure employees can focus on the business mission. Home office in North Hollywood, CA, with on-site duties at multiple California locations (Fremont and North Hollywood). Responsibilities include configuring PCs/laptops/tablets/phones, managing business applications, overseeing network/internet/cloud connectivity, supporting Microsoft Office 365 environment for local and remote offices, ensuring data integrity and security, handling user account changes (system, VPN, email, apps), and traveling to service company locations as needed. Requires strong knowledge of Office 365 admin tools, Exchange, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Cisco/Meraki firewalls, and related IT infrastructure; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with clients, staff, and vendors. Education/experience notes optional substitutions with certifications (A+, Network+, CCNA) or equivalent training; 2 years of related work experience in an office setting. On-site role with travel expectations; compensation includes comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.
Required Qualifications
- IT related associates degree and 2 years related work experience in office setting
- A+ and/or Network+, CCNA certification or similar technological certifications and two years applied working experience
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Network Operating Systems, including Active Directory and Group Policy, and Office 365 Suite
