Job Summary
Coordinate clinic services in Delhi by serving as the primary operational point of contact for clinics, patients, suppliers, and field teams. Ensure nurses, sample collections, and inventory are delivered as planned while managing escalations from doctors, clinics, and patients to drive resolutions. Handle payments and reconciliations, track operational metrics, and build processes, dashboards, and playbooks to support scaling. Work directly with founders to establish operational frameworks as an early team member shaping company operations.
Required Qualifications
- experience managing operations where outcomes depend on coordinating multiple stakeholders and moving parts
- highly organised and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams
- rely on systems, trackers and follow-ups rather than memory
- communicate clearly and can work effectively with clinic staff, suppliers, field teams and patients
- comfortable taking responsibility and following things through to completion
- enjoy improving processes and finding better ways of working
Desired Qualifications
- experience in healthcare delivery, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, logistics or quick commerce
