Job Summary
Lead all day-to-day municipal operations and implement Council policies while overseeing budget development, financial oversight, and personnel management. Coordinate capital projects, drive economic development, and manage intergovernmental relations to guide the city through growth and organizational advancement. Balance strategic vision with operational execution by fostering collaborative relationships with elected officials, staff, residents, and community stakeholders. Report directly to the Mayor and City Council to ensure efficient, responsive, and transparent service delivery across all departments.
