Job Summary
Lead the Paris business by driving commercial performance, managing payroll and financial administration, and ensuring operational excellence across retail and e-commerce fulfillment. Coach the local team, recruit talent, and build future leaders while maintaining premium customer experiences and visual standards. Manage omnichannel operations including daily product deliveries, inventory replenishment, and online order picking. Develop local partnerships, pitch marketing ideas to HQ, and strengthen the brand within the Paris community through authentic cultural engagement. Collaborate closely with HQ specialist teams in Retail, Brand, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to execute global strategy and deliver consistent brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail leadership experience
- Experience leading larger retail teams
- Strong commercial understanding
- Experience from working in the sneaker industry
- Experience working with KPIs and business performance
- The ability to understand how sales, payroll and operating costs influence profitability
- Experience working within an omnichannel retail environment
- Excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills
- Fluent French and English
