Job Summary
Lead city-level operations by coordinating Sales, Evaluation, Training, Portfolio Management, Recovery, Supply Chain, and Administrative teams to drive revenue, manage risk, and ensure service delivery. Oversee station officers and recovery efforts to minimize losses while supervising asset deployment, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Own city budgets, monitor KPIs including portfolio growth and delinquency rates, and prepare periodic performance reports. Act as the primary representative for city engagements and enforce strict compliance with internal controls and ethical standards. Manage team leads, conduct performance reviews, and support onboarding to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within mobility, leasing, logistics, or financial services
- Proven experience managing multi-functional teams
- Strong understanding of sales operations, credit risk, collections, and asset management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent operational and analytical capability
- Ability to manage risk and enforce compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High level of integrity and accountability
