Provide leadership and oversight for all functional teams within the city, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to achieve operational efficiency. Translate company strategy into executable city-level plans while monitoring daily operations and resolving cross-functional challenges. Oversee city sales operations to drive lead generation and ensure adherence to approved acquisition processes, pricing models, and risk policies. Supervise evaluation teams for accurate rider assessments and credit checks, then monitor sales, credit, and portfolio performance metrics to implement corrective actions. Collaborate with risk and collections teams to minimize fraud exposure, delinquency, and losses by reviewing delinquency and recovery reports. Oversee station officers and recovery operations to maintain portfolio quality, driving efficiency and ethical enforcement practices. Supervise supply chain and asset deployment activities, including setup, tracking, and utilization, while ensuring proper condition monitoring and vendor coordination. Lead and coordinate city-level administrative and facility operations, managing staff development, performance reviews, and onboarding of new hires. Own city-level budgets and cost control initiatives, then track KPIs and prepare periodic performance and operational reports.
