City Manager Cotonou

City Manager responsible for managing the city-wide operations of Gozem in Cotonou, leading local teams, and driving growth. You will define and monitor local strategies in collaboration with the Country Manager for Benin, supervise budgets, and ensure service quality for transport, delivery, and fintech components. Responsibilities include coordinating an engaged local team, communicating vision and goals, tracking daily KPIs (e.g., number of rides, transport GMV, commissions, NPS), identifying and solving city-level issues, maintaining the local budget, promoting the Gozem brand with local authorities and partners, forming strategic partnerships with merchants, proposing city-specific services, and proposing quarterly marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team. Requirements include entrepreneurial mindset, startup experience, analytical skills, budget management proficiency, and fluency in French and English.
