Drive local commercial activity in Lyon by managing a dedicated Business Unit with full autonomy over BtoB and BtoC strategies. Secure partner restaurants, lead the commercial team, and monitor KPIs while overseeing delivery operations, order dispatch processes, and fleet maintenance. Handle inventory management for food, beverages, and supplies, and ensure strict adherence to HR protocols including driver recruitment and training. Deliver daily activity reporting to the Holding.
