Job Summary
City Lead - Jaipur responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, governance, and growth of the Project & Program Management (PJM) function within the city. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong stakeholder management, delivery excellence, people leadership, and business development capabilities. The City Lead will act as a strategic partner to clients and internal leadership while scaling teams and ensuring consistent project outcomes. Responsibilities include defining city-level operating models and governance, overseeing large-scale programs, managing risk and dependencies, maintaining executive-level client relationships, supporting pre-sales and solutioning, hiring and developing PM teams, standardizing PM practices, ensuring compliance, driving PMO maturity, and contributing to revenue growth through account expansion and operational improvements. Key skills include strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, financial acumen, negotiation and problem-solving, and excellent communication. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or SAFe are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Project / Program / Portfolio Management, with exposure to large, enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Proven experience leading multi-project environments and large delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing and leadership roles.
