Job Summary
City Lead in Chandigarh responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and growth of the Project & Program Management (PJM) function within the city; lead the PJM function, define city-level operating models and KPIs, oversee large-scale programs, manage risks and dependencies, build executive relationships with clients, support pre-sales and proposals, and lead teams including hiring and performance management to drive delivery excellence and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Project / Program / Portfolio Management
- experience leading multi-project environments and large delivery teams
- strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- demonstrated experience in client-facing and leadership roles
- PMP / PgMP / Prince2 / SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred
