Job Summary
City Lead - Bhubaneswar responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and growth of the Project & Program Management function within the city. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong stakeholder management, delivery excellence, people leadership, and business development capabilities. The City Lead will act as a strategic partner to clients and internal leadership while scaling teams and ensuring consistent project outcomes. Key duties include defining city-level operating models and governance, overseeing large-scale programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, managing executive-level client relationships, supporting pre-sales and proposals, mentoring high-performing PJM teams, standardizing PM methodologies, driving PMO maturity and data-driven decision-making, and contributing to revenue growth through account expansion and optimization. Strong skills in strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, financial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving are required; certifications in PMP/PgMP/Prince2/SAFe are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Project / Program / Portfolio Management
- experience leading multi-project environments and large delivery teams
- strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- demonstrated client-facing and leadership experience
- PMP / PgMP / Prince2 / SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred
