City Fleet Dispatcher (12-month contract)

Monitor the assigned fleet region by transmitting and receiving driver information, managing satellite and telephone queues, and documenting situations requiring review. Identify and participate in resolving day-to-day issues affecting driver activities and cartage operations. Communicate effectively with drivers and the company to ensure timely task completion and adherence to customer requirements. This 12-month contract position requires Monday to Friday availability from 09:00 to 18:00. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen sense of timeliness. Dispatch experience and knowledge of the transportation industry and GTA geography are assets.
