Job Summary
Oversee efficient freight movement by optimizing driver and equipment allocation for customer demand fulfillment. Supervise truck loading, unloading, and material movement activities while managing driver assignments and shipping information in data management systems. Equip drivers with essential details for task execution, train new hires through road tests, and provide delivery status updates to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop professional rapport with assigned drivers. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business and 2+ years of transportation experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400. Salary ranges from $61,700 to $76,200 annually, and the position is bonus eligible.
