Coordinate and oversee city route schedules, functions, and delivery specialists for hub-to-spoke store deliveries. Serve as the primary contact for the city delivery service, receiving orders via phone or invoice, ensuring parts are pulled and ready, and verifying order accuracy before specialists pick up. Maintain an organized city delivery area, monitor hub systems to increase efficiency, and communicate route delays to stores. Manage team clocking in/out, research undelivered parts for billing adjustments, and ensure vehicle maintenance and mileage logging. Provide performance input for evaluations and cover routes during specialist absences. Bilingual candidates encouraged; manual transmission driving ability required.
