City Delivery Dispatcher

Job Summary
Coordinate city delivery operations for hub-to-spoke network; serve as primary contact for city delivery service, receive and verify orders, ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery on schedule, and monitor routes for efficiency. Maintain organized hub area, track vehicle maintenance and daily mileage, assist with billing adjustments when needed, and collaborate with store management to cover routes and evaluate delivery staff performance. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) and ability to drive a manual transmission are preferred. Describe duties include coordinating with delivery specialists, ensuring on-time deliveries, and providing input for performance evaluations while supporting store managers and staying aligned with company policies.
