Job Summary
City Center Specialist duties include assisting with day-to-day showroom operations, guest relations, customer service, events coordination, and visiting designated customer accounts. You will identify and generate sales leads, collaborate with the local sales team to convert leads into sales, build relationships with design firms, and support sales through sample shipments, stock monitoring, and showcasing Cosentino products. You will help increase showroom traffic and leads, register visits/leads in Salesforce, organize events, maintain showroom conditions, and manage supplier administration. Key skills: sales, customer service, lead generation, relationship building with architects/designers, event planning, Salesforce usage, showroom operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ experience in sales
- 1+ experience in a retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service with a proven success track record generating leads and converting those leads into sales
- High School Diploma or GED
