City Cast Philly, Audience Development Manager

Develop and execute localized marketing for City Cast Philly across partnerships, sponsorships, PR, social media, and out-of-home; collaborate with City Cast’s central marketing team to tailor a localized plan and budget; conceive and test creative ideas, coordinate swag for campaigns, manage the local marketing calendar, and weave members into content with the Executive Producer; create and execute a social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit; drive growth and engagement through giveaways, influencer campaigns, and IRL events; partner with the local Sales Executive to identify mutually beneficial partnerships; adapt national campaigns for local audiences; generate local content for digital ads, manage local PR, plan at least four member events per year, drive local membership messaging across podcast, newsletter, and social channels, and actively engage the City Cast Philly membership in events and closed chat groups; monitor and report on social performance and growth metrics.
