Job Summary
The Citrus Club Server role focuses on providing attentive food and beverage service in a high-end dining environment, engaging guests with menu knowledge, upselling daily specials, and ensuring patron satisfaction through multiple service tasks—from taking orders in the POS system to clearing and resetting tables while maintaining upscale standards. The role requires solid communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy fine-dining setting, with availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of one year of high-volume, fine dining restaurant experience preferred
- Food Safety Certification preferred
- Detailed knowledge of state and federal safety standards related to food service
- Ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks to ensure a smooth service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Dependable work ethic with a positive attitude
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
