Job Summary
Prepare and serve beverage orders at Citrus Club bar, verify age with IDs, calculate and collect bar tabs, stock and maintain bar supplies (liquor, beer, wine), set up bar area and equipment, clean glassware, monitor alcohol service for safety, and uphold sanitary standards. Requires knowledge of beverage and cocktail recipes, 1+ year beverage-service experience, HS diploma/GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and endurance for standing and bending; offers full-time or part-time roles with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of one year of beverage service experience
- Knowledge of beverage and cocktail recipes and specifications
- Knowledge of safe food and beverage handling procedures
