Job Summary
Citrus Club Bartender at The Dewberry seeks a bartender responsible for safe and sanitary preparation of beverage orders, maintaining bar stock (liquors, beer, wine), preparing drinks per customer specifications, verifying ages, calculating and collecting tabs, stocking and setting up the bar, cleaning glassware, and maintaining a safe, clean bar environment. Requires knowledge of beverage and cocktail recipes, safe handling procedures, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; offers full-time and part-time roles with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of one year of beverage service experience
- Knowledge of beverage and cocktail recipes and specifications
- Knowledge of safe food and beverage handling procedures
- Ability to lift fifty pounds
- Ability to bend and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate hand tools and kitchen equipment
- Dependable work ethic with a positive attitude
