Job Summary
Back Server/Bar Back at Citrus Club supporting bar team and service staff. Responsible for stocking glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, mixers, beer, wine, liquor, and other supplies; maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, service stations, storage areas, rooftop areas, and guest-facing spaces; restocking bar products to ensure bartenders have what they need; breaking down the bar at end of service; assisting with inventory rotation and receiving; maintaining knowledge of bar setup, product locations, glassware, garnishes, menu items, and Citrus Club service standards; communicating needs or issues to bartenders and leadership; assisting with guest-facing needs and maintaining presentation; attending daily pre-shift meetings and aiding with opening/closing side work; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while following policies for handling alcohol. This role is available in a full range of shifts with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous barback, restaurant, hotel, rooftop bar, or food and beverage experience preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures and safe handling of alcoholic beverages preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction, anticipate needs, and support the team with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal business needs
