Job Summary
Citrus Club Back Server/Bar Back supporting a fast-paced, upscale rooftop bar environment. Responsible for stocking bar supplies (glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, mixers, beer, wine, liquor), setting up prior to service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas, restocking throughout service, breaking down at end of service, and assisting bartenders, servers, and leadership to ensure efficient, elevated guest experiences. Must be dependable, organized, and capable of working quickly with a positive attitude; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal shifts. Includes daily pre-shift meetings and additional side work as assigned. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous barback, restaurant, hotel, rooftop bar, or food and beverage experience preferred.
