Job Summary
Senior Citrix-focused technology analyst responsible for maintaining a portfolio of hardware/software technologies, setting standards and roadmaps, providing in-depth technical guidance and training to staff, and outlining scalable platform strategies. role emphasizes senior-level execution, End User Platform Services focus including Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, VPN/Zero Trust, VDI, and enterprise security, with extensive experience across Citrix components, remote access, and leadership interactions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 7 years of related domain knowledge plus 3 years of direct support experience. Hybrid onsite schedule in Columbia, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR 4 years of related work experience OR 2 years of related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7 years of specific knowledge of the technologies, products, and/or processes to be supported
- 3 years directly supporting those technologies, products, and/or processes
- Not an entry-level or mid-level analyst; senior independent execution required
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (On Prem & Cloud) XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler, StoreFront, Windows Server, Active Directory, HA, performance tuning, and security
- Experience with Secure Remote Access / Zero Trust (Zscaler or equivalent), VPN technologies
- Experience with VDI & Endpoint Platforms and enterprise networking & security integration
- Excellent research, communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities
- Experience interfacing with leadership or executives
- Not a help desk or desktop support focus
- Not a role focused on application support or software development
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment
