Job Summary
L3 Citrix Administrator role focusing on senior-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Citrix environments. Responsibilities include addressing Citrix farm configuration issues (zone data collector, XML broker, Web interface coordination with external teams, streaming issues), providing advanced server support beyond L2, delivering client configuration recommendations in collaboration with the Citrix Design team, and performing disaster recovery tasks (reinstall/configure Citrix after server DR rebuilds/re-imaging and coordinating with application teams to republish applications). Requires experience in an enterprise Active Directory environment; exposure to multiple forest/child domain setups; experience with Presentation Server 4.5 on Windows Server 2003 and XenApp 5/6 on Windows Server 2008; familiarity with Citrix Secure Gateway and Access Gateway with Advanced Access Control; certifications such as Citrix CCA/CCEA are preferred/desired. Required Qualifications
- Experience in an enterprise-level Active Directory environment

- Citrix Secure Gateway and Access Gateway with Advanced Access Control
- Citrix Certification: CCA for Presentation Server 4.5 or XenApp 5/6 (Preferred); CCEA for Presentation Server 4.5 or XenApp 5/6 (Desired)
