Job Summary
Greet customers in branch lobbies, demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage, and complete simple transactions while following all financial policies and cash handling procedures. Provide personalized advice to help clients achieve financial goals, connect them to Bankers for next steps, and educate them on Citizens products and benefits. Respond to customer questions and concerns, problem-solve issues, and build long-term relationships through strong listening and communication skills. Work branch hours that may include weekends and evenings, completing a video interview assessment within seven days of receiving the link.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Bilingual in Portuguese
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
