Job Summary
Greet customers in our branch lobby and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete transactions. Provide personalized financial guidance to help customers achieve their goals, educate them on Citizens products, and connect them with Bankers for the next steps. Follow all financial policies and procedures including cash handling and applicable laws. This role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, leveraging digital tools to support business goals, and contributing to community and career development opportunities. Requires a High School degree or GED and 0-2 years of relevant experience; strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; ability to work varied branch hours including weekends and evenings; and completion of a video interview assessment after applying.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
