Job Summary
Greet customers in lobby, assist with transactions using mobile app and ATMs, identify needs and provide personalized banking solutions, educate customers on Citizens products, and connect them to Bankers for next steps. Follow all financial policies and cash-handling procedures. Requires high school diploma or GED and 6+ months of experience; 1 year preferred. Strong listening/communication skills and customer-centric service are essential. Ability to work 40 hours weekly with weekend/evening availability. In Boston, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
