Job Summary
As a Citizens Teller, you greet customers in the lobby, assist with transactions, demonstrate use of the mobile app and ATMs, and provide personalized solutions to help customers achieve financial goals. You educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, respond to questions, follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures, and connect customers with Bankers forNext steps. The role emphasizes customer service, ability to use digital technology to support business goals, and flexible hours including weekends/evenings. Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
