Job Summary
Provide trusted financial advice to customers by recommending tailored solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs. Assist clients with personal financial goals such as home buying, education, or long-term planning while introducing digital and mobile-first banking tools. Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners to address complex needs, and make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkup appointments. Adhere strictly to all financial policies, proper cash handling procedures, and state and local regulations. Complete a video interview assessment within seven days of receiving the link.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
- Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions
- Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration
- Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
- Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS
