Job Summary
Citizens Banker role focused on building relationships with customers to provide financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing. You’ll use strong communication and problem-solving skills to tailor recommendations, introduce digital/mobile banking, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners to address complex financial needs. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of sales/customer service experience, ability to identify customer needs, comfort with digital tools, and availability to work the branch-hours (including weekends/evenings). Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED required
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
- Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions
- Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration
- Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
- Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS
