Job Summary
Provide trusted financial advice and build lasting relationships by recommending tailored solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs. Assist customers with personal financial goals, introduce digital and mobile-first banking tools, and collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage partners on complex needs. Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments while strictly adhering to all financial policies, cash handling procedures, and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
- Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions
- Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration
- Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
- Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS
- Complete a video interview assessment after applying as the next step, to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link
