Job Summary
Identify optimization opportunities in operational workflows such as procurement or team coordination, then analyze existing processes to derive automation concepts. Develop smart workflows, apps, and automations using Low-Code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, while integrating relevant data sources. Execute User Acceptance Testing, manage change initiatives, and train colleagues within the department. Monitor tool performance, iterate on solutions, and support central financial functions including monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Collaborate closely with IT, Data, and Governance teams under a decentralized scaling model. This role sits within Bosch Building Technologies, a leading provider of security and communication solutions enhancing global quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Verständnis für administrative Abläufe
- Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Digitalisierung und IT-Themen
- Erfahrungen mit No-/Low-Code-Tools (z. B. Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach zu erklären
- Fähigkeit, Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei Veränderungen mitzunehmen
- Fähigkeit, als Teamplayer zu überzeugen
- Verfügbarkeit für Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche)
- Bereitschaft, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu beginnen
