Job Summary
CitiService Manager responsible for leading Investor Services operations across North America, managing senior institutional client relationships, and driving strategic direction for CitiService teams. Role requires deep expertise across Investor Services products (Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Trade Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash/FX, Tax Operations, Lending), overseeing end-to-end service delivery, and implementing continuous improvements. The position emphasizes leadership, change management, client advocacy, KPI/scorecard ownership, risk management, alignment with front office and operations, and responsible use of AI tools to drive productivity and innovation. The candidate should have 10+ years of industry experience with 7+ years in leadership roles, strong communication and analytical skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality service to institutional clients.
