Job Summary
Lead the Dublin-based CitiService Investor Services Team within CitiService Operations, responsible for directing a group of client service professionals, guiding staff development, and delivering high-quality service. Drive change, define root causes of client inquiries, and design future operating models in collaboration with cross-functional groups. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Custody products (Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash/FX, Tax, Third-Party Lending), manage senior client relationships, escalate issues, ensure compliance with laws and policy, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid working model (up to 2 days at home per week) and a competitive base salary with benefits. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; significant management experience in global financial institutions; strong leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.
