Job Summary
Senior sales leadership role driving business development for Citi Agency & Trust across corporate financing, development and debt issuance; build relationships with clients and intermediaries; promote bank fiduciary, agency and trust products; prepare and deliver sales presentations; monitor metrics; negotiate terms and close transactions; target growth and wallet share; requires extensive capital markets knowledge and a decade of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in trust or capital markets including sales and client experience to drive growth
- Strong knowledge of structured products and capital markets preferred with a strategic business and market acumen
- Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivation, independence, organization; demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player with the ability to work closely with peer groups and stakeholders
