CISOC Application Security Engineer

Job Summary
Application Security Engineer focused on implementing and managing SAST tools, conducting security assessments of applications, training development teams on secure coding practices, and assisting in vulnerability management. Will work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash) to enforce security policies, develop remediation reports, and collaborate with IT and risk/security teams. 4 days remote with on-site Thursdays in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain (hybrid). Must understand BI frameworks, SOPs, and documentation requirements, and communicate effectively in international settings.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in DevSecOps, application security, SAST tools, and secure coding practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
