Job Summary
Design Cisco Unified Communications solutions by collaborating with sales teams to assess infrastructure, recommend enhancements, and create detailed documentation. Lead implementation of Cisco UC components including CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, CUBE, and CME by installing, configuring, and testing hardware and software. Integrate these solutions with existing network infrastructure, third-party applications, and cloud services to ensure seamless communication. Provide ongoing support by diagnosing technical issues, performing system upgrades, and applying security patches. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures while delivering training to client IT staff. Stay updated on latest trends and best practices in Cisco Unified Communications to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications solutions
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco UC components including CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, CUBE, and CME
- Experience with integrating Cisco UC solutions with third-party applications and cloud services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, sales team, and technical staff
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration preferred
- Cisco on-prem/cloud, Cisco Webex and MS Teams experience
